as this game wasn't scheduled by the Tuesday 2200 deadline (as the Statutes require), I (dTD) will make a ruling here. I can't find any reason to charge either player with 'greater blame' in not getting this scheduled - they both made offers and were communicating. Therefore, I rule this a set-game draw, with no RR deductions for either player. Sorry you guys couldn't get this scheduled....
