1.     Tournament 18 (T18) parameters: Time Control: 45 45. Sections: 3 (U2000, U1600, u1300). Rounds: 6. Team Entry Deadline: March 6, 2003. Ratings “Fixed” February 20th-March 6th. Round 1 Posted: March 13th.   Passed.

 

2.     Shall the U1300 Section be changed to U1400 on a trial basis in T19 (June-July tourney). Not Passed

 

  1. Shall the deadlines for T18 be amended to read Feb. 20 to March 5, and play starts March 12, because our deadlines actually now read 11 p.m. Wednesday (4 am Thursday GMT). By Russ Gadoury. Approved by Chief TD as an administrative rule.

 

  1. Shall players be required to provide at least one weekend time in their offers of playing time?  Not Passed.

 

  1. Decide who is responsible to report the game scores to 4545@eloquentgeek.com. Vote was that it is the divisional TD responsibility.

 

6.     That the Steering Committee approve the recommendation of the website sub-committee that Rich Churcher's offer of a permanent web site for the League be accepted. Passed.
